How We Got Started

JamHill was founded in 2010 by friends and work partners Ant James, Zac, and Kim Hillier.
One evening, over a family BBQ, we decided to innovate the eCommerce world and make shopping online feel as easy as putting on a pair of flip flops, and through trial and error, we have developed several successful online stores since. The journey wasn't always a smooth one, but through hard work and a strong sense of family and community, we’ve smashed all the shopping barriers, sewn up the supply chain, and built the nimblest, easiest-to-use, most fluid way of buying online. By staying ahead of the technology curve, we’ve simplified the buying process, so you can order on mobile in three clicks (without registration) and we can turn around exchanges and returns in our warehouse in less than 10 minutes. You don’t need to know how it works (it’s a bit geeky); just know you have more time to enjoy doing the things you love.

Constantly Evolving

We plan to open a new speciality eCommerce website every year for the next five years. This process takes a lot of effort, and it involves becoming experts in each niche, knowing who the best brands to work with are, and understanding what makes each product unique. We also have to ensure we can deliver the best to our customers, and we do this by constantly staying in touch with them, adapting and reacting to their needs.
